Final Sale Policy

All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    Final Sale items cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to size, fit, or change of mind.

  2. No Refunds or Store Credit
    Refunds or store credits will not be issued for Final Sale items under any circumstances.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged Final Sale item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue that was received as opening your package. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or store credit is warranted.

  4. Price Adjustments
    No price adjustments will be made on Final Sale items.

By proceeding with a purchase marked as Final Sale, the customer accepts these terms and acknowledges that the transaction is binding and non-refundable.

What we accept for exchanges:

  1. Wrong product. If we have sent you the wrong product we will pay for the return label and exchange back the product you purchased. 

In rare cases, refunds are only applicable if there is an errors on fulfillment (e.g. if you did not receive the product due to fulfillment errors from Outlined).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@otlnd.com.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
